By purchasing camping gear (including tents, tent accessories, sleeping bags, tools, and navigation items) from whited.life, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your order confirmation email serves as official proof of acceptance, creating a binding agreement between you and Whited.life.

Billing Terms

  • One-Time Sale Model: All purchases on whited.life are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly charges, or hidden fees—you pay only for the specific camping products you select at checkout.
  • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as whited.life to clearly identify your camping gear purchase.
  • Payment Security: We use encrypted payment processors to protect your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet information. Whited.life does not store full payment details on our servers.

Checkout Requirements

To complete your order, you must:

However, minor differences may occur due to product updates or manufacturer changes—we will notify you promptly if a significant discrepancy affects your order.
  • Product availability is updated in real time, but occasional stockouts may happen. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you to offer a refund, substitute (of equal or higher value), or backorder with a confirmed shipping date.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information (shipping address, contact details) during checkout. Whited.life is not responsible for delayed or lost orders caused by incorrect address information.
  • Camping gear is designed for specific outdoor uses (e.g., 3-season tents for mild weather, hiking poles for trail use). You are responsible for using products in line with their intended purpose—we are not liable for damages from improper use.

Limitation of Liability

Whited.life shall not be liable for indirect damages (e.g., missed camping trips, inconvenience, or additional expenses) resulting from delayed deliveries, product defects (addressed via our Refund Policy), or user error. Our liability is limited to the total purchase price of the affected camping gear.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Hickory, NC.
