This policy applies to all physical camping gear purchased from whited.life, including tents, tent accessories (footpads, rain tarps), sleeping bags, sleeping pads, tools (ropes, hiking poles, folding knives, multi-tools), and navigation items (compasses, maps). Digital products (e.g., downloadable trail maps) are sent via email and not subject to shipping rules.
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- International shipping (e.g., Canada, Mexico) is not available at this time.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends, holidays, and major camping gear restocks).
- During peak seasons (e.g., spring camping prep, holiday gift-giving), processing may take 4–5 business days. We will email you with a tracking number and status update if there is a delay.
We partner with USPS and UPS for reliable delivery, offering two shipping options to fit your timeline:

- Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number (from USPS or UPS) and a link to monitor delivery status.
- Tracking information may take 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system—please allow time for this before contacting us.
- You may update your shipping address or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing travel@whited.life with your order number.
- After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations (as orders may already be processed for shipping). If a package is delivered to the original address, we are not responsible for rerouting or reshipping.
- Lost/Undelivered: If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, first check with your local carrier office or neighbors. If confirmed lost, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date—we will resend the item or issue a full refund.
- Damaged in Transit: If camping gear arrives damaged (e.g., a torn tent, bent hiking pole), take photos of the package and item, then email them to travel@whited.life within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
As noted, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed within 2 business days.
